Threads of Kashmir exists to look deeply at Kashmir and the Kashmiri to discover what influences has made Kashmir what it is today. This blog seeks to look at Kashmir from all sides including: geography, history, religion, and literature. Much of this blog will be influenced by personal dialogue with Kashmiris and Indians. I hope that this blog will be appealing and useful to the casual interest of a traveler or businessman to Kashmir, as well as, to those with an academic interest in culture, sociology, and cultural anthropology.
